The Graduate School's Introduction Days aim to:
-introduce students to the education offered by the Graduate School of Natural Sciences and the student's degree programme. Students will get an overview of courses and interdisciplinary options.
-give students an introduction to scientific integrity which will be further explored during the course of the academic year
-give students the opportunity to further develop their study skills
-give students the opportunity to start preparing for the job market.
-give students a warm welcome by starting a community from the first day of their arrival

The Introduction programme of the Graduate School of Natural Sciences is a mandatory course. All first year students are enrolled by us.
The programme consists of two days in the first week of the semester you start your studies.
There are two plenary sessions with students of all of the Master's programmes of the Graduate School of Natural Sciences. Several speakers will introduce you to the School. Also you will get an introduction to scientific integrity, which will be further explored during the course of the academic year.
In addition, there are sessions per Master's programme, in which you will get to know your fellow students and receive all the information you need about the content of your study programme and the options available to you. Also, there are information sessions about the honours programme and profiles you can choose.
Next you can choose from a variety of workshops concerning study skills and preparation for the job market.
Lastly the programme contains a social component for all students of the Graduate School.
