Getting acquainted with the reference works available in the field of medieval studies, prior to starting research exercises in the various research seminars on the offer in the RMA Medieval Studies. An introduction to the reference works (including bibliographies) in medieval studies, allowing students to some extent to also know what is available outside their own discipline. Through a series of exercises, the advantages and disadvantages of electronic and printed works will become clear.
