At the end of this course students have a good understanding of current debates about knowledge representation, they are able to analyse papers independently, and they will have presented their own well-argued view in a written paper. |

This
course gives an overview of the most important forms of knowledge representaiton. We will look both into
"classical" discussions, such as that between symbolism and
connectionism, and into more recent developments such as dynamical systems
theory, and embedded and embodied cognition.
